Go back in time to the 1940’s and experience the lovingly restored Control Tower layout as it would have been during the wartime years.
Don a helmet, take cover and sing wartime songs in our reconstructed Stanton Air Raid Shelter, built above ground for easy access by all.
Experience our huge array of exhibits of the era in our museum collection including military uniforms, RAF maps, radio equipment, ration books, Bren gun, Enfield rifle and many, many more….

Schools and Group Visits

We are open year round to school and group visits by prior booking.
Visit usually last around 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Please note that due to space restrictions groups should number no more than 30 to 35 in size.
